This month, we're highlighting the National University of Singapore (NUS) Libraries! The NUS Libraries have done a wonderful job integrating LibAnswers
& LibGuides into their library's web presence, and they've also made a point of making LibGuides & LibAnswers work together. Check out the featured LINC+
guide below to sneak a peek!
Despite the uniform look of their systems, they're still plenty of room for creativity! Senior librarian Gan Kim Hong writes,
"Within the given LibGuides template, I still enjoy flexibility in designing the look and feel of my subject guides. Best of all,
I can incorporate all types of content including multimedia for my users." (Check out Kim Hong's featured guide below!)
Librarian Aaron Tay is also interested in ways he can serve their users. Using LibAnswers, Aaron is able not only to develop a robust knowledge base,
but to determine how well the knowledge base is meeting the needs of users. He writes, "What I love most about LibAnswers is the Query Spy system.
It's practically the first thing I look at every morning when I come into the office, as it allows me to see what queries users have been searching
for and whether they were able to find what they were looking for. Using LibAnswers, we can finally measure how well our FAQ system is doing!"
