My Scheduler allows you to share your availability for up to three months in advance. Only available on Mondays & Wednesdays from 10am-12pm? Easy! What about Mondays thru Fridays from 9am-5pm? Got it!
When patrons want to schedule an appointment with you, they click the box, select the desired time, and fill in the required information. Then, they receive an automated email confirming their appointment. If they need to cancel, no worries! In the confirmation email, they can click a link to cancel their registration.
Appointment Settings & Custom Appointment Form
With LibCal's appointment scheduler, you determine the duration of your appointments and you can even require that users must book and cancel X-hours in advance. Bonus! You can automate padding between appointments to ensure that you get a coffee between back-to-back consultations.
Our custom appointment form makes it easy to gather the info you need (e.g. why a patron has requested an appointment, to gather demographic data, etc.)!
Widgets, Feeding & Embedding - Make Your Scheduler Work For You!
We make it easy to feed your appointment schedule into Outlook, Google Calendars or iCal! Just grab your appointment feed and you are on your way! This way all your schedule can be in one place, and combined with other calendars.
The Scheduler Widget is also fully customizable - there are plenty of customization choices as well as widget-styles to choose from. With our Widgets, your dance card will be full in no time! :)
