  The dashboard gives users an overview of the system when they log on. Every user gets assigned their default instance and they can quickly glean the latest activity for that instance.

  The system enables you to track and record many different types of statistics in your library. Use multiple instances to track Instruction, Reference, Foot Traffic, Circulation, Internal Workflow, etc.

  Select the fields you want to track, decide if the field will be required, what are the possible values, etc. Each Instance can have up to 30 fields (10 multiple choice, 10 free text, and 10 numeric).

  Multiple choice fields are great for pre-defined values. Free text fields are used for entering any textual parameters. Numerical fields are ideal for "less then", "greater then" etc. filters.
